It is our policy not to take deposits as we prefer to trust guests to our home.
Should you need to cancel your reservation, all we ask is the courtesy of a quick call or email even at the last minute.
Arrival time is between 4.30pm and 7.30pm but if you wish to arrive earlier or later please let us know. Usually that can easily be arranged and someone will be here to welcome you. Please advise us if you are going to be much later or earlier than your original arrival time. It can be stressful wondering if guests are safe enroute.

May we respectfully remind you that we are a bed and breakfast and not a hotel.
